MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
4"/4.5" Plants - 12 plants in any combination as long as they are either 4"or 4.5".
6" Plants - 6 plants in any combination as long as they are all 6 ".
10" Plants - 2 plants in any combination as long as both are 10 ".
Minimum order quantities apply to each size category and may not be combined.
SUBSTITUTIONS
We make all efforts to fill your order in full with the items you select. Occasionally a particular item may be out of stock . We do not backorder out of stock items. Orders that fall below the minimum order requirement due to out of stock items may have the order filled by an increase in an item(s) already on the order, or with items from a list of substitutions you may designate in Order Instructions upon checkout.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may not be cancelled subsequent to placement.
PAYMENT
VISA, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted via the website, FAX, and mail. Checks and Money Orders are also acceptable forms of payment for orders that are mailed. Checks must clear before an order is shipped.
SHIPPING
Plants really don't like boxes, so we make all efforts to minimize their "box time." All orders are shipped on Tuesdays in order to arrive before the weekend. Notification of shipment and tracking information will be emailed upon shipment. Please watch for your package, and unpack immediately upon arrival. Water plants as needed.
GUARANTEE
We guarantee our plants to arrive alive and well at their destination. Please notify us immediately by email if your plants have sustained excessive damage during shipment. We do not accept plant returns. Valid damage claims will be remedied with replacement or credit towards your next purchase.
We make no claims regarding the safety and efficacy of any plant's herbal, ethnobotanical, and/or medicinal use. Consult reputable sources for information pertaining to specific uses of all plants.
